This policy explains what data is collected on the MHM Industrie website (mhm-industrie.com), why, and how it is handled.

1. Data controller

MHM Industrie, the hydromechanical brand of the SIFEI group, based in Casablanca, Morocco. For any question about this policy or your data, contact contact@mhm-industrie.com.

2. Data collected via the contact form

When you use the "Request a quote" form, the following data is collected: full name, email address, company (optional), phone number (optional), and the content of your message. These are fields you voluntarily fill in; no other data is extracted from your device.

This data is emailed directly to MHM Industrie via a script hosted on the site's own server (OVH). No third-party service is involved in this transmission: the information never passes through any external platform.

3. Purpose of processing

Data submitted through the form is used exclusively to respond to your request (quote, technical question, commercial enquiry). It is never sold, used for advertising purposes, or shared with any third party.

4. Cookies and trackers

The MHM Industrie website does not set any tracking cookies or use any audience-analytics tool at this time (no Google Analytics or equivalent). The contact form doesn't set any either: its spam protection relies on a hidden "honeypot" field, with no cookie or tracking script involved.

5. External fonts

This site loads the "Inter" and "Barlow Condensed" typefaces from Google Fonts servers (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com). Loading the page therefore triggers a technical request to those servers, including your IP address, as is standard for this service.

6. Retention period

Messages received through the contact form are kept for as long as necessary to process your request, then deleted or securely archived.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to contact@mhm-industrie.com.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site or legal requirements. The last-updated date is shown at the top of this page.
