Vertical water hammer tank
Removable bladder vessel — 100 L to 35,000 L — 25 bar (above 2,000 L: to CODAP code)
Vertical hydropneumatic vessel with removable bladder, designed to absorb the pressure surges caused by a pump trip, a fast-closing valve or a power cut. The bladder dampens the abrupt change in flow and durably protects the network’s pipelines, fittings and valves. Complete range from 100 L to 35,000 L, bottom outlet, 25 bar as standard.
| Connection | Flanged (DN50 — DN150 up to 2,000 L) |
|---|---|
| Volume | 100 L — 35,000 L |
| Pressure | 25 bar standard — above 2,000 L, to CODAP code |
| Orientation | Vertical, bottom outlet |
| Bladder | Interchangeable butyl, food-grade (ACS) |
- Interchangeable butyl bladder, food-grade (Sanitary Conformity Certificate)
- Food-grade epoxy interior coating, anti-corrosion polyurethane exterior coating
- Flanged process connection across the whole range — no threaded version on the main inlet/outlet
- Large capacities (> 2,000 L) designed to a construction code (CODAP) — engineered case by case
- 12-month warranty excluding wear parts, spare parts available for 30 years
Range: 100 L — 35,000 L — Connection: flanged, bottom outlet

Epoxy coating — body
250 μm — Two-component epoxy paint applied by electrostatic powder coating after SA 2.5 blasting. Minimum thickness 250 μm inside and outside.
Disc — protection
≥ 200 μm — GGG40 ductile iron with epoxy coating, or AISI 316 stainless steel disc as an option depending on the application.
